Sorry can't help, but I do know there is a site for recondition computers. Also, tell your pal, ever since I got back from Bondi, I haven't been able to drink any beer that taste as good as Touies (sp) or xxxx, they have great beer there. Greg

An awesome machine when you get up close to it. My son got it from Frank #2 who is the father of a girl friend of Frank 1's daughter Frank # 2 had just bought two of the Latitude's from Frank #1, ( the person who rebuilds them), and also bought a new Dell Optiplex. So its practically a tidal wave of Dells but hes sold out at the moment. This is certainly the wave of the future for mobile engineers at Boeing and Ford who can now carry all their work with them .Since it comes with a docking station where you can place a standard monitor on top, plug in a standard mouse and a standard keyboard and even those not familiar with the built-in controls can go right to work. The one I got has two battery supplies, a gold card 56k plug-in modem,a built-in C/D drive, a separate flat floppy drive, a 4 gb hd. I think its 300 mh Cpu. Nice suitcase type carrying case. Hope your friend finds one Sig
