I do not dispute that the issues you raise compromise her story. I only respond that they are insufficient to prove that she is lying. By the way, there is usually no hard evidence of the kind you seem to expect in rape cases. Even when there is clear evidence of sex, or of rough treatment, it is often possible to allege that she wanted it "rough". The difficulty of making a rape charge stick, even contemporaneously, is a good motive for her silence.
