What can be taken to a court, and what can be legitimately reported as an allegation, are two different things.

I'd like to see where a judge anywhere in the country would accept a prosucution of this kind of a case; 20 years old with no evidence.

Witness at the scene immediately after it happened, plus we've got Mrs. Broaddrick identifying Clinton as the perp in a line-up.

And you say "no evidence"? Dude, you need to start dealing with reality. This is as much evidence as at any normal criminal trial. Sometimes people are convicted of murder with no dead body to be found. Generally they like to find the weapon. In this case, the tools of assault are the choppers in Clinton's mouth.
