Pravin,

We are using Chartered Semiconductor.
We are using their 0.35 TLM with dual gate oxide.
The I/O and mixed signal are in the thicker gate oxide region with 0.5 transistors.

That allows us to 2nd source a lot of the old legacy 5V asics out there by generating the 3.3 for the core on chip and offering a 1:1 drop in chip.

Lots of the old ASIC guys are dropping their older 0.5/0.6/0.8 micron ASIC lines and none of the newer ASIC support 5V only operation.

We hope this will be a lucrative market for us.

All ze best,

Kash
