I haven't looked at the Q, but the culprit is probably just a positive adjustment to reconcile net income to net cash from operations.

You're right, of course. The main culprit appears to be "goodwill".
They don't break this out on the income statement, though, which
confused me. Anyway, the actual cash flow from operations was
(421,815), not (1 million) - big difference! Still a great short
though.
