Kevin: Several studies show that stock prices make 80% of their moves in 20% of the time. The rest is sideways. I suppose the validity of the studies rests with how "sideways" is defined. It is very evident already that TAVA is going to have good earnings. The major question seems to be one of how much of the $18 million in NOL TAVA will be able to apply to Q3 and Q4. (These NOLs go out to 2013.)
Still, unless they try to delay revenues to a future qtr. when they can take big NOLs to offset taxes, we can see past the NOL issue by looking at EBIDTA. We already know that TAVA is on course to report very good EBIDTA. In fact, TAVA's earnings yield is over 16% based on EBIDTA. That's pretty good in a climate of 5% bonds.

So what could move the stock more? More good earnings (pretty much in the bag already) or major problems in Japan on April 2? Major problems in Japan would change perceptions in a dramatic fashion, and set off a mad scramble for Y2k stocks.
