Monty, >>>> Everyone's favorite thing to say is that Fleck has been wrong for 3 years. He has been right ....just early because it is very hard to guage just how far a Mania can take the market. <<<<<< I totally agree. I have been hearing over and over how many of these high flyers will set NEW HIGHS this year, and many without any caution!!!!!!!!! Those who are bullish are fast to get on the case of those who are bearish. Sure these bears may be wrong since they are early, but they may be right in the long run. I have a question for the BULLs - How fast will they get on the case of the BULLISH ANALYSTs like JOE BAGLATAGLIA,etc if the market does go thru a huge correction. Or will they just attack the BEARs because of their losses, like trying to blame it on shorters and traders who caused the bear market.gggggggggg As I mentioned previously, yes many of the BEARS have been wrong on their timing/calls - BUT THAT IS NOT A REASON FOR THE MARKET TO CONTINUE HIGER. Markets move higher due good liquidity, rates, earnings - they dont move higher because the BEARS were wrong previously. I mention this again since I still hear from bullish analysts how the bears have been consistently wrong in order to partially justify how the market will continue up. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Again, lets see how fast those who are still bullish now come out and critisize the BULL analysts when the bear market occurs. I bet you many wont - but will blame their @#&$#%@ losses on the bears for ruining the market. If you are wondering why I am getting a bit wound up on this issue is that mainly in the past I have received quite a bit of negative PM's/EMAILs. Fortunately, that has come to a halt since I made such public on SI. Please also do not take this post as an attack on BULLs or any signle individual, its just to bring out how ridiculous and emotional some can be, and how some can blame others for their misfortunes. Since those who are bearish will not be well liked by the bulls if this market does become a BEAR, lets just say that on SI and especially this thread there were plenty of warnings given of bearishness. So let the BULLs blame themselves if they did not at least take some caution and hedge themselves. One last thing is that BULLs are fast to say how high the market is and that it will just continue up, and they only talk about the few(lets say 50 or so) high flyers which have produced so far. But rarely are the other 9000-10000 stocks spoken about which may not be doing so well, and with many of them still below last SUMMER's high. Yeah, I know, blame it on the BEARs.gggggggggggggg Seeya
