Yeah, but how about something factual? I am not trying to be negative, I own this stock, I just want to see info other than a post by an SI member

If you read back through this thread, you can see that there was an attempt to purchase RONCO but it fell through. Popeil even made a statement saying that ONTV had jumped the gun in announcing it before the deal was done. That is why the stock prices rose then collapsed a few years ago. There's been a number of miscues in this relationship between ONTV and RONCO that does raise some flags for me as well. But I am assuming that everything has been ironed out now. I'm personally not interested in past deals, but the one currently in play. If someone can find out more about what happened, I'll certainly be glad to see it though.
