The question was (in essence) ...

Why aren't major gold companies and/or financing entities beating down the doors of MGAU?

And the answer is ...

Perhaps they are and the Company cannot disclose it. Frequently, a non-disclosure also prohibits the fact that "talks" are even in progress.

I know my non-disclosure agreement, which I'll be happy to send to anyone interested, contains such a clause.

To be asking questions the company cannot or will not answer is, IMO ... self serving.

Examples:

1.) Disclosure of labs (for every assay report disclosing a lab ... I'll show you five that don't!) The company has said it signed non-disclosure contracts ... done deal. Nuf sed!

2.) Discussions with other mining entities eyeing MGAU for possible takeover ... not that I'm suggesting there are any.

3.) Discussions with financing entities regarding significant long term investment.

4.) Discussions if any particular employee will or will not have a job tomorrow.

5.) Discussions on Associate relationships while they're still in negotiations.

6.) Disclosure of information and/or processes the Company deems confidential and critical to the health of the organization.

In other words, a business is NOT a democracy. Lots of things happen internally that may or may not come to fruition. When and if an event happens, the Company has an obligation to disclose material facts which could impact the price of the stock. And only then.
