Jim,

As you know the last issuance was 6M shares, not 10M. The company has indicated that the capital was used to further the several projects not being worked on.

You are not going to get any more information than that. You are beating a dead horse. Either you trust the management of the company or you do not.

While you sold the large majority of your shares, many of us have been buying.

You are going to have to make a decision soon. Are you going to come back in or forget about the stock and move on to something else.

Sorry Jim I can't answer your question about the 10,000,000 shares ,either when they were issued or where they went,and as for Audited Financial statements your guess is as good as mine or anyone else's I suppose.
