Company Press Release

MedTech Inc. Changes
Name to e-MedSoft.com

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1999--e-MedSoft.com (OTC:MDTK -
news), formally known as MedTech Inc., Wednesday announced that the
company will officially be operating under the new e-MedSoft.com
corporate name.

The company will continue to trade on the NASD over-the-counter
exchange under the trading symbol, MDTK.

John Andrews, president and CEO of e-MedSoft.com said, ''In changing
our name, we wanted to find a name more descriptive of our core products
and services. E-MedSoft.com incorporates 'e' representing our presence in
electronic commerce, 'MedSoft' representing our comprehensive medical
software, and '.com' representing our strong commitment to providing
Internet-based solutions to the medical community. We think our new name
tells customers and investors a whole lot more about our company's focus
and direction.''

About e-MedSoft.com

The Java technology-based solution, called e-MedSoft.com, was
developed by HealthMed Inc. and Sanga International Inc. and is the first
subscription-based healthcare management system available for delivery
through the Internet. e-MedSoft.com is referred to as ''subscription-based''
because users access the software for a small fee and a per-transaction
charge.

Previously, healthcare organizations would pay an upfront fee to license
software, then pay ongoing maintenance fees for upgrades and service,
with ongoing investments in hardware and software for more features and
greater capacity. The medical software is a complete healthcare
management system. Through the Internet, its Java-based integrator allows
the MedTech software to communicate across diverse platforms and
languages in unlimited capacity, allowing for the interlink of doctors,
hospitals, clinics, HMOs, insurance companies, financiers and government
agencies.

The ease and low cost with which it can be implemented, its Internet
connectivity, and its ability to allow for the exchange of information across
