I managed to beg my way into a small amount of the 504K offering that is now close to done I believe. Sled Dogs published a 15 page 504K offering document detailing their change in business plan. It documents the use of the 504K money to develop a website, license apparel, etc. You should get a copy of that document. You may be able to get it by contacting the company directly at 612-359-9020. I also spoke briefly with an Investor Relations Representative (I think his name was Steve Carlson?). I have 15+ years of investing experience and run my own technology company. In all the years I've been in the industry, this looks like one of the most promising investments I've been involved with.
