Craig,

I have a different perspective on SNDK share price. Having bought at this level a year ago I feel like we have finally scratched our way back to a reasonable level. I don't feel we are overpriced here at all. We can argue back and forth about valuation, but it won't make any sense until we have a few solid quarters behind us. That is to say, investors interested in SanDisk will by at these levels (or higher) in anticipation of earnings in late 1999, early 2000 or even 2001. Those looking for immediate returns will look a few weeks forward only and use Q4 1998 earnings to justify bailing out after a small gain.

Also, it seems like even a buy recommendation from some obscure investment house is enough to pop this stock up a few points. The reason...a tiny float. Don't miss the boat.
