Ed, SLGonzalez asked why there were no comments on this: The Company has no subsidiaries or equity investment in any Person other than XOMA Limited, a United Kingdom company, and XOMA Technologies Ltd., a Bermuda company, each of which, as of the Closing Date (i) are not and have never been active and (ii) have no material assets or liabilities of any nature. Like the primate issue I think no comment is required. I expect a company to think ahead and stake out certain names way before they actually have any need for them. I expect that within 3 months another biotech will announce plans to change domicile.
