DREW, For the 112th time: Do you know the difference between unit sales and dollar sales? It is obvious you do not. O.K. here it is for the last time: take the units and multiply them by the average sales price and you get the important numbers, sales in dollar terms. Those are the negative growth numbers. It is true that you sell lots more boxes if the price goes down. In fact, the co. that recently gave away 10,000 for free had no shortage of takers. Those will go into the unit sales growth that IDC is talking about. But since most of us spend dollars and not units, units are nonsense. However, since that is the only way this sick industry looks healthy, that is the only # the industry allows to be printed.
