I agree that Dennis is available and candid. He also showed some good vision in doing things like moving the company to Atlanta (although it probably set the company back 1 - 2 years) and getting it into the market it's in. they are executing reasonably well. Now, he needs to get someone with lots of vision, someone who has drunk the Internet Kool-Aid, and let that person develop/drive a lot of the strategy. I have held a Fidelity-sized block of ROSS for 2 years and I am getting impatient.
