AJ, If I read you right,

<<I know that TSIG's conservative marketing
is why many own this stock, but I still
maintain that this approach to Ecommerce
is ill conceived, and pointing out what
those industry leaders are doing that is
so contrary to TSIG's approach should make
others wonder about the viability of their
conservative marketing business plan>>

Are you actually saying that I should wonder about the viability of TSIG's marketing plan when the alternative is that of the industry leader's "spend-all-and-make-none" marketing plan.

How do you come to the understanding that TSIGs marketing plan is conservative. TSIG is doing business in a different way. TSIG is changing the way marketing to, obtaining and retaining consumers is done. Change and doing things differently is far from conservative. With their marketing plan, TSIG is forging ahead where none have gone before.

That is exciting, potentially very profitable and not in the least, Conservative.

Boyd

AJ,

You stated:

"...pointing out what those industry leaders are doing that is so contrary to TSIG's approach should make others wonder about the viability of their (TSIG's) conservative marketing business plan."

Using your logic (which is that if something isn't being done then it must be a flawed idea), Henry Ford was wasting his time, the Wright brothers must have been real morons, and Bill Gates never should have dropped out of college to start his silly little company. A more poignant example: According to you, Amazon.com never should have started selling books over the internet since it had never been done on such a large scale before.

If you want to bash a stock, please use new and innovative techniques. Your "gloom and doom" approach to bashing needs refining -- it is too easy to see through. If you have a real problem with this stock, support your claims with FACTS, not generalized, irrelevant babble.
