I checked the options volume on CBOE it shows 699 contracts traded for Mar 17.5 with an OPEN interest of 1389. Any thoughts ... (The number does not include volume form other option exchanges).

Goodluck !!!!

Neal, I would never knowingly, or unknowingly, prevaricate. You must be confusing me with BMFM. I'm going to find a dictionary to find out if I should be mad, I've never been accused of that before. Oh, I don't hype either. As to where I got my info, I work on a trading desk, we use Quotron, and it shows composite volume of 719 contracts now. The option is dually listed , both ASE & CBOE. I think 650 contracts traded ASE, the balance CBOE. Hope that cleared that up.
P.S. I now show 145 contracts of the March 20's. Oops, there go, prevaricating again!!<gg>
