Tim, what can you say about their inventory? IMO it does not bode well when a company's inventory jumps by almost 1 month (to 158 days of sales, not cost of sales!!!!) while at the same time there income is droping. A fluke? Always a chance, however tell me why this company is a good investment and that this is not a sign of future difficulties. Unfortunatly rising inventory is usually a sign of management burying their problems only to be uncovered and addressed at some later date. Couple that with the S-3 and you have the early waning signals of a company in distress. Forget about the hype of a spin, that's temporary.

Timoteo,

Take a look at PROG. It's an internet company making good money and looks very interesting going forward. Go to the PROG thread and read back for the past few weeks and listen to Zeev Hed and KellyW, they seem to know what is going on.

Hank
