Midas: I agree with much of what you say, but you miss the point. Dicky is Founder, majority holder & CEO of SHRP. He has issued a press release every time he can drum up something that might move the stock up while hiding and downplaying anything that might be an objective negative. He is hardly an executive that is just exercising some options to make a little money. He is a bad guy (i.e.) he has hyped Feb. 22 for the auction site multiple times and sold stock into the rise and now when its a no-show, does he make a public statement? No. He should go to jail for false & misleading press releases and no counter press release when he fails to deliver. His tactics are legally indefensible and he should pay a price for his brass.
