Numbers game -

SEEQ is being acquired by LSI in a $100 million. Based on the exchange of .1095 LSI per SEEQ, the SEEQ stock is worth $3.01. So now that it's trading @ 2 1/2, 'logic' dictates getting into the action.

LSI - 27 9/16 + 5/16
SEEQ - 2 1/2 + 15/32

GO GET IT.
