Joe, Is this a trick question? IF and that is a big IF TXCC was going to buy either VLSI or FORE my bet would go on VLSI. FORE technology based on ATM Technology . VLSI better fit with TXCC. At any rate I would rather own VLSI. JBOH SQUEEZE-BUY MORE

VLSI...is the natural choice. FORE has been the rumor source since its price went down TWO years ago... IMO.....

Not Likely to be VLSI.... Al Stein had umpteen chances to merge/divest last year, he couldn't come to terms with LSI who offered him a good deal last summer... result... LSI bought Symbios from your old employer, Hyundai.. Cheers

What if INTC bot TXCC ?? I heard a rumor that INTC wanted to buy a networking chip company last week, only I heard it was either PMCS or LEVL... We shall see... I guess Cheers
