Hal, I was wondering if the compression technology that Ampex has could be used to pipe out compressed content that was then uncompressed at the other end. (I hate to sound ignorant, I realise that may already be happening, but my understanding is that AXC' technology in this sphere is way out ahead of anyone else.)
