Multiplier is certainly NOT a given. While nice to have the extra cash, I much prefer an injunction against GDT. Any cash settlement will be tied up for a while if GDT appeals anyway. Transferring GDT's base of biz to GSI gives GSI initial and perhaps critical mass to stay in the game. Build a solid core and you can extend vertically and horizontally. Also the winning of this suit might be a wake up notice for any other companies that might be, or planning on, using balloons for tissue dissection. Come on judge give us the injunction!
