Apologies to me are not necessary, I always understood that you and others were defending your position, and I do consider your apology to be sincere. However (ahem), I would rather have an explanation than an apology because there are certain matters that I (and others) have never understood about your (shareholders) position. I would like to lay a few of them on you and you can answer as you see fit, either by PM or on the thread. It's my opinion that it would be helpful if there could be some open discussion about what brought you ( the shareholders) to this point. 1. When information was posted on the thread, that was contrary to what you were being fed, did you in fact make any attempt to verify the information ? 2. Did you then or do you now, believe that there was a group of investors known as the cavalry who were supporting your efforts? 3. Did it ever occur to you that Riley and Pugs were responsible for the stock being halted ? By this I mean did it occur to you when they were placing daily calls to NASDAQ and the SEC, that it would bring scrutiny of the company's false press releases which could result in a halt? 4. Who do you believe lied to you, Morgan and Breton or Riley and Pugs or all of the above? 5. Were you ever intimidated about posting your reservations because you felt you would be ostracized by the other shareholders or dropped from the E-Mail list ? 6. When it was proved that Pugs was lying about certain matters, which he even admitted to, did you still continue to believe he was acting in your behalf ? Should you choose to answer by PM rather than on the thread, I will of course honor your privacy. I will not post your answers if that is your wish.
