I found this last night. This might have a neg effect on the price. Anybody have an opinion?? Feb 23rd 1999 S-3 Filing: SBAS files to SELL 6,835,446 Shares of Common Stock Starbase Corp Prospectus direct "quotes". ..."securities being registered on this form are to be offered on a delayed or continuous basis pursuant to Rule 415 under Securities Act of 1933, other than securities offered only in connection with dividend or interest reinvestment plans".... "Represents the shares of common stock being regestered for resale by the selling shareholders." "The shares of common stock offered by this prospectus are being sold by the selling stockholders. We will not receive any proceeds from the excercise of these shares. We will receive procedes from the exercise of warrants and those proceeds will be used for our general corporate purposes."
