I know asensio but I dont always agree with their comments but they do good work sometimes and I think they have been sued and I think Compamnies who sue them or guys like me are insane..because the discovery requests will force their pants down..The suits are never very successful..

My opinion is that it's the company waving a big red flag that says 'short me'. If I hear about a company lodging that type of suit, that name goes on my 'to b investigated' list.
