Sonny, re bashing, read what our sleuth Paul has to say about the new AMD chip (Intel thread). Looks like AMD was trying to sneak one by, but they didn't count on Engel. We'll see what comes out of it.

Good Morning Sonny,

Well today the stock of AOL will be trading I believe at a new high since the stock was only a few points shy of its all time high yesterday.
Over the last couple of splits the stock moved strong the day after. I was also impressed with the action on Dell on heavy volume as the stock came back almost 5. We are also a stone throw away from reaching an all time high in the Dow if I am right. I do not think that Allan will say anything to hurt the market but we will see.
Hoping for a good day. I would like to see the trial at Microsoft ajourn. The judge is definitely prejudicial as yesterday he sat back in his chair after rolling his eyes and started to stare at the ceiling. This judge was over rulled before and he should have not been assigned to the Microsoft antitrust trial in the first place. Microsoft if not for any other reason will be able to refer to this act of jesture to prove prejudice on an appeal if need be.

Have a good day
Frank
