Some cross at .58 like today will keep it down. But it is not like before now we seeing it when they doing those cross. Love Stockwatch. R.H. While I haven't heard if the test of the System they have developed for the New York Subway has started yet, (it was supposed to start in January) I think that there will be people trying to keep the price down till near the end of the test in June....... by then the insiders will know if this things works, and how well.....I am hoping someone is watching the insiders in Late April and May!!!!!
