Here,here on that staying in from the cold idea.
Few people realize the incompatibility of bitter cold, many building materials, and numb fingers.
I'll save the fingertips for hitting the sell button.

The internet mania may still be in it's infancy. A whole new economy is being built. Kind of comparable to the market after the Great(?) Depression. Hence the seemingly inflated valuations.
So when do the ANYI and BANY twins join in?
