Hope it's not more of what's in post 2293 on this thread They should at least PR that a tentative deal is signed and they are asking for court extension with the reasons for it.

Saying he has "come to terms" a lot different then saying "ironing out some minor details". Sounds positive to me. You godda have big time patience with these pennies. They all seem to be premature about news. That is just the way they are and I don't penalize them to much for it.

It is my sincere hope that you are right and if Jim has told you this directly it would be my opinoin that it is fact. For heavens sakes think of what you go through for a more mortgage and then just imagine what it takes for a loan potentially of eight figures. As of this afternnon they seem laser focused on informaiton exchange and closure. It amazes me all of the selling out there just before the news but hey I will take charity when I can get it. One other point they brought on the pressure for informaiton by their own admission so they will have to live with it. With that in mind they should however be more focused on aprising everyone where they are in respect for there overzealousness. Anyway, given the level of stress and consumption it seems it is almost over. Always works that way but keep in mind too the size of the loan. Personally, although I do not endorse or appreciate the lack of communication and/or return calls it is a good sign for the outcome we desire. Take care all and looking forward to sharing in the success and patience of this transaction with the believers.
