I have checked it out and I don't see were IBM and HWP are stating that pc revenues are down. In fact, IBM has explicitly stated that pc revenues are up in their last earning report. Overall revenues of IBM are up 6% and HWP up 1%.

Haven't checked Packard-Bell and MUEI. I don't doubt that MUEI revenues are falling but I don't think this reflect overall pc sales.

So, CPQ and DELL revenues are growing. IBM and HWP are stalling. So, I tend to conclude that pc revenues are still rising but probably slowing, although I do not have complete data on it.

Anyone out there has research this in more detail?
