in this environment, what would make the stock drop would be an overall drop in the market; people know the ipo is coming; if no announcement tomorrow, I'd wager the stock continues its move upwards. What is different here is that everyone knows it's coming: it's not a matter "if", but when -- and all indications suggest a very short "when".
