ztect. You have to bear remember these poor little fellas don't really seem to have a clue as to what SEC does. That is clear. SEC is primarily trying to make sure a company or someone acting in behalf of the company does not misrepresent the company. SEC's own employees can and do express opinions about how they think a certain company may perform. Nothing wrong with that. Anyway who is trying to manipulate a stocks price. You or I could not do that if we really tried. Really what these guys are saying does not even warrant and answer.
