That's a very good question and I don't know of anyone who can honestly answer it except the crooks behind the scam. It seemed to me at least, that they had a plan from the get go. This is by way of information that was discovered after the fall of MTEI. Since Uselton and company only had enough operating capital for a short stint they had to work fast. I'm sure that the SEC intervention was not forseen since the prior management had previously gotten away with just about everything under the sun and then some without getting shut down. They needed the internet community to pull off this scam and they got just what they were looking for. PB
