When I run the numbers I get 36+ Watts!!!

icc2 = 13.5A
vcc2 = 2.5v Note! must use max rating.
icc2*vcc2 = 33.75W

icc3 = .66A
vcc3 = 3.6v Note! must use max rating.
icc3*vcc3 = 2.37W

32.4+2.18 = 36.12 WATTS!!!

Furthermore it requires a case temp of 65 deg C MAX!

From the PDF file these are the operating core voltages.
Minimum-2.3v
Typical 2.4v
Maximum 2.5v

Well, it appears that it will run at 2.3v but I have to admit, AMD has to be a little desperate for yields to push out a chip at 2.4 volts when the same core K6-2-400 runs at 2.2 volts.
If you process guys could quit butt slapping for a minute maybe you could explain why they need 2.4 on a K6-3-400 and only 2.2 on the
K6-2-400...
