I agree with your assertion that a weak morning followed by strength later in the day is a positive sign. I'd like nothing better than seeing this as the bottom of this selling pressure, but I think it's too early. I think the tech stocks, and MSFT with them, will not be back on solid ground until this summer. I'd be quite happy to be wrong about this, PW.

I have very little in MSFT or any other stock. I do have some out of the money calls on MSFt. Trying to time the market.
I had been selling as the stock was "rising" to 147 on Friday.

I getting set to jump in to the shares and the calls for april anyday.

There is still a lot of sellers of MSFT ---waiting for this to end. If the market stays positive, MSFT would probably go up a little, just like today.
The momentum riders are still on the sidelines waiting for their chance--just like me. I will probably start very soon.
