To All:
Someone wrote me and said didnt I think that funds were selling DELL last week since there were very large blocks being bought/sold. I looked at the IBD chart again and it is adjusted for buys: that is, if some funds are buying while others are selling (the same stock) that is not counted as a sell. So perhaps the reason DELL is not on the chart of heavily sold by institutions is that other institutions found it a buying opportunity.
Incidentally I talked to the people at Janus again today. They still say they are not selling DELL, they are holding DELL and bought more AOL during the dips.

John, It cost me so much that I retired before I was 40 and my net worth continues to grow. Beating the herd is the easiest and lowest risk way to make money. You can also make money following the herd, but keeping it can be much tougher.
