Interesting opinion, but doesn't answer the question I asked. I didn't ask why the stock price wasn't moving.

I'm interested in knowing if anybody here is buying, and if not, why not?

A legitimate answer, for example, would be "I'm not buying until I see some upward movement", "I'll buy on a pullback", "I've already got enough", "I don't have any money to buy right now", etc.

PT, there have been announcements of a time certain for trading under one resultant symbol before.

Problem is, the time came and went.

And, so, there may have to be one more step before the stock trades higher - no more announcements, but accomplishment of the deed.
