Interesting. doubt the U.S. will have any success. This does not mean they will not pass some dumb law, but rather the law will be ineffective and cause other unintended consequences that have an additional negative impact on U.S. tax revenues. BTW Tharos always liked Prohost. I also like it. The Feb. issue has a tease on XOMAsaying: "This year is the year of great accomplishments for this firm. Why? Read the whole page on Xoma in the next special issue." When is the next special issue? No idea.
