Theoretically, a long flat base like this would indicate that there is little disagreement about the value of the stock. Since PSFT has a fairly similar chart, that indicates the agreement is really more about the industry. It also probably indicates that investors (rather than traders) are the only holders now. It will probably take some genuine news to move the stock since it seems almost immune to general market behavior. The long base is a double edged sword, when it does move it could be big either way. I'll watch for concrete news and some good relative strength before getting back in. Keeping my finger on the trigger ...
