Anthony: Any thoughts about ICCSA? Several posters here are curious and so am I. They don't have any good products, negative net tangible assets and have plans for a large floorless convertible.

Regards,

-Sword

Wasn't sugesting otherwise. I am very impressed actually with his answer. My sec attorney lead me to beleive soething else. most brokers I know don't know squat about the rules and regs. About 6 months ago I was talking to a 24 who ran a trading house. I asked him what one of the fifth letter symbols meant because i couldn't remember off the top of my head. he looked at me puzzled and then said he didn't know what I was talking about and said some companies just have 5 letter symbols. I thought he was kidding, but soon realized he wasn't. I wanted to smack him.

Anthony,

What's your take on ABTEE...the "news" releases are wild..to say the least. The latest company "statement" doesn't seem to fly..especially when all the details are left up to the readers imagination. Not used to reading, in legitimate releases, where individuals/organizations are simply refered to as "the purchaser"...

Asencio's comments, although conceivable, are rather hard to believe...(then again...this is about ABTE...) To have "created" an entity to bail yourself out...with money you yourself lent to your "purchaser"???? Maybe I'm just getting dense with old age and missing something here.

What is the reality here?

Dave
