Jill N., don't you know that THIS thread stands as a monument to rationale discourse since it was started by Rob Grog a while back. And that after nearly 100,000 posts stands well-fortified to withstand many more years of zig-zagging markets. Because someone arrives here that disagrees with most of us does not give us a reason to abandon this battle worn ship known as the SI-Dell thread. But it is also not a reason to remove that person with whom we disagree. Allow the steady out-flow of money from their pockets or the squandered opportunities stand as their lesson. JH

Jill, You are a dreamer, all active threads have one or more such aggressive and obnoxious "bears" who argue day and night to knock down the stock of interest. Some use logic/intellect, some plain old FUD, some are just goofballs. It doesn't matter, they are all on stage, and the more you try to get them out, the more they enjoy it. It has little to do with investments, financial strategy, philosophy, although they profess otherwise. It has to do with attention, exposing yourself in public, being a clown, putting on airs. In other words an act. Over on the Iomega threads we have one or more such idiots who go under the name of Rocky Reid, and we have tried for two years to drum him out.
