Am I correct when I sat that for every four shares of LEAH I have I will get 1 in the spin off? And this is as of COB tomorrow? Thanks-This company sounds very undervalued. Opinions?

Fortunately they also have enough earnings to expand the corporate organization to the level necessary to manage these many enterprises. Among the other announcements we expect, we will also probably hear quite a few about bringing on new heavyweights in the financial, marketing, and general strategic areas of the company. I'm not sure they had expected to have these needs quite this soon, but as an old Slavic saying goes, "One makes hay while the sun shines"(:->).
