Exactly how do after hours trades take place and what do they mean for next day's trading. Case in point....Went to quote.com site for CSCO after hours trades and saw this:

16:52.39 6700 shares 102 1/16
16:58.28 500 shares 96 7/8

What the hell is that? How can I have bought CSCO at 96 7/8?
