Jeff,
I'm working on improvements in this area. Currently you can hit refresh at the end of a "get all new message" download, and it will display the new messages again. However, you'll probably get some browser message about reposting the form - just say yes.

Re: submit/resubmit - this is caused by a bug in perl, of all things. The resubmit buttons are work arounds for the time being - I'm also working on a proper fix to this issue, but I don't seem to have much time for writing code lately, for some reason.

I have a new version of BrowseMaster ready with some bugs fixed, as well as a few minor new features. I'd like to release it to a handful of users before posting it on my web site.
