From "Hyne's sight", Vulcan seems to be well positioned. see: Message 7804292 Len Hynes seems to be closely following all of Vulcan's area plays. I know Len personally and can confim that he is the "Siskel and Ebert" (my regrets to the family for the passing of latter of these two magnificent people) for the virtial "Newfoundland Stock Exchange" and you can trust that which he writes is what he believes to be correct.
