Good question. I too would like to hear more about possible grounds for appeal.

Just about any procedural matter decided at a fact trial can give rise to an appeal and since Microsoft asked for extra time and didn't get it, they might have something here. (Even though both sides were given the same amount of time to prepare.)

But would that be something Microsoft would want to do? Would it be in their interest to start all over with a new fact trial on the same issues? Given the effects of the current trial, I think they might want to think twice about starting the process anew.
