I'm not spending any more money on LD calls to those guy's... All I need to see from know on are their NR's... Still got toilet paper left over from last year on this SVB play and I'm looking to re-coup some losses... Not gonna hold any paper this time around and if she gains momentum after .35, I'll jump on board for a couple of days at the most... With all the cheap options and financing they have done recently, I suspect there will be a chitload of paper coming out between here and .50... Take note of the bold area:The company's brokered private placement with Union Securities totalling $1-million announced in Stockwatch Nov. 24, 1998 has closed. These funds were raised by the company issuing five million units at 20 cents, each unit consisting of one share and one warrant. Of the five million units issued, 1,652,500 units are flow-through units. Each flow-through unit, consisting of one flow-through share and one flow-through warrant, will entitle the holder to receive a pro rata interest in CEE incurred and renounced by the company. Of the flow-through units, 1,390,000 were subscribed for prior to Dec. 31, 1998. The shares and warrant shares comprising the 1998 units are subject to a hold period until April 30, 1999. The shares and warrant shares comprising the balance of the flow-through units and the non-flow-through units are subject to a hold period until June 22, 1999. Union received a cash commission of $50,000 and a corporate finance fee of $10,000, as consideration for arranging the private placement. Union also received Class B warrants which entitles it to purchase up to 400,000 shares of the company at 20 cents until Feb. 22, 2000. Any shares issued upon exercise of the Class B warrants are subject to a hold period until June 22, 1999. What's that telling you???... ...ed
