LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 1999--Robert Spigno, President/C.E.O.,ConectiSys, Corp. (OTC BB:CNES) announced that the company, over the last several weeks, has been in serious negotiations to supply automatic wireless meter readings with an authorized agent of Italy's electrical utility.

According to agency representative Sergio Orso, "Our national electric company wants to have a pilot project to read its meters from a central location. . .the company is willing to start the project immediately" According to Orso, "Italy presently has 30 million electrical meters."

The initial test pilot calls for 1,000 units in phase I and 11,000 additional units in phase II. Impending Internet changes will assure that ConectiSys can conduct business abroad reliably and inexpensively. "We are currently discussing the test protocol of the project," reported Robert Spigno, President/C.E.O. of ConectiSys Corp. "Progress has been surprisingly rapid to this point and we anticipate a conclusion within several weeks."
